The list for the next edition
When you leave your email address to hear about the Spring 2027 edition, we store your email address, your language choice, the page you signed up on, the date and your consent. We use it for one purpose: to email you when the edition opens. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@indiaanais.com. We keep the address until you unsubscribe or until twelve months after the edition has opened.
The Beauty Mirror
The Beauty Mirror runs in your browser. Your camera image and any photo you choose stay on your device. We receive, store or send no images. The tracking software is loaded once from a content delivery network; that request contains your IP address, as every web request does.
When you write to us, we keep your message and our reply to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted in the Netherlands. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for security, for a limited time.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics is optional and is loaded only after you consent. If allowed, it measures site usage and may set analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Your analytics choice and your sparkles preference are stored locally in your browser. See the cookie page.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. Write to hello@indiaanais.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
